Grasshopper Home Buyers collects information so we can review a house and contact the owner about a possible purchase. This page describes that collection. It is not a contract to buy your property.
What we collect
When you submit the offer form, we store your name, phone number, email address, property address, the condition you select, the reason for selling, your timeline, any notes you add, and the fact that you agreed we may contact you. We also store whether a text alert to our team was sent.
How we use it
We use the details to decide whether to make a cash offer and to call, text, or email you about that property. When a request is saved, the site texts the business owner with your name, phone, address, and reason for selling so the lead can be returned quickly. That text goes to our team, not to a public list.
Who else sees it
We do not sell lead lists. We may share what a title company, attorney, or closing partner needs if a sale moves forward, and we may disclose information if the law requires it. The site is hosted on Vercel, lead records sit in a Postgres database, and text alerts are sent through Twilio.
How long we keep it
We keep offer requests so we can follow up and keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your submission by emailing info@grasshopperhomebuyers.com. We will remove it unless we need to retain a record of a completed sale or a legal obligation.
